Always liked there service shop. Would prefer they go by appointments, but no way do they do that anymore.

For years I trusted sales & finance dept till 2019. I was lied to by asst mgr & finance depts. Will really have to consider my trust we we want to trade in some time within in next 12 months. However service dept is great & so is mr. Bob morrow!

Professional, courteous and attentive. I would prefer an appointment option, but this is the only Buick dealership within an hour of my home.
