“I called VIP to make an appt with Angela Ugarte one afternoon and left a message. The next morning they called, stating they had an opening that morning. I was impressed with the decor of the lobby... comfortable and calming. The entire staff was very welcoming and caring, which put me at ease. My consultation with Ms. Ugarte was very informative. She listened to all my concerns, and then made several suggestions as to what she could do to address them. In no way did she ever attempt to "push" a procedure I felt I didn't need. I was also provided with a "price list", so there are no surprises. At the end of my visit, I did make an appointment for the procedure that was most important for me at this time, and am looking forward to it. I would not hesitate to recommend VIP and Angela Ugarte.“
