About Gold Key Roofing
Gold Key Roofing is a family-owned roofing contractor serving Fruitland Park, The Villages, Leesburg, Lady Lake, Ocala and all of Lake, Sumter and Marion County since 1975. The company installs and repairs metal roofs, shingle roofs and tile roofs for homes and businesses. Services include roof replacement, roof repair, storm and hurricane damage repair, roof inspections and insurance claim assistance. The licensed, insured team brings over 130 years of combined roofing experience, honest pricing and workmanship backed by enhanced manufacturer warranties. Customers describe an amazing experience, feeling confident and in good hands, with a smooth process and a team that kept them comfortable and informed at every stage. Professionalism, patience and commitment to excellent results stood out, along with careful handling of everything, including submitting paperwork to get approval from the homeowners association. One customer got bids from 5 companies, and 2 refused to do the job after seeing the difficulty of the 2 story house with the steep pitch and multiple valleys, peaks and cutouts. Gold Key Roofing explained options, scheduling of materials, tear off and installation process, showed dedication to daily organization, updates and cleanup, and was very competitive with the best warranty. The team was on time and on budget, and even a couple of months after installation of the new roof, they checked to see if everything was up to par. Customers are very satisfied, grateful for a job well-done, and highly recommend Gold Key Roofing.

We got bids from 5 companies, 2 refused to do the job after seeing the difficulty of the 2 story house with the steep pitch & multiple valleys, peaks & cutouts. Josh did a good job explaining options, scheduling of materials, tear off and installation process. Shawn showed dedication to daily organization, updates & cleanup. Expect delays during the rainy season. We're very satisfied & grateful for a job well-done. Vicki & David, residents of Village of Fenney.
