Highly recommend. My beagle boys have been there several times over the years and it’s always a good experience. Whether is a few days or a few weeks when we go overseas they always take such good care of my boys. Communication is great and being able to see pics is so important. Can’t recommend enough.
Duke is always excited to go to wagz. He knows where to go upon arrival. The previous dog daycare he hated getting out of the car when I pulled up. I know Wagz Is legit because he’s ready to get out of the car and go inside. Wagz is not just a kennel to leave your pet. They care and help enrich your pets through interaction with other dogs. I love seeing the photos of all the dogs Interacting on their FB page.
No complaints on service of care for my dog but was surprised by fee policy. I dropped my dog off Sunday at 10:30 and picked her up on Wednesday at 1:30. I was charged for 4 days. When I asked I was told that full additional day was charges after 10. $50 for additional 3 hours sitting in a kennel was a surprise. I did not see this policy on the web site maybe I missed the fine print. Maybe it will help clarify for someone in the future.
