I have used pancare for years. PA Morgan has always went out of her way to assit me. As a patient with a multitude of medical issues I appreciate her even being able to keep up,and get me going in the right direction for my extensive medical care. Angela at the front desk,has went above and beyond on many occasions to assit me with my needs.I am grateful for thier service and enjoy the benefit of them being located right here in freeport.

My dentist was very kind and professional,she made sure I was comfortable and she did an amazing job .My extraction was early this afternoon and here it is 8:30 pm and I am pain free.So thankful and look forward to coming back for more work.Thanks again.❣️

Dental hygienist and the doctors have been great to me! Always personable, and nice. Can’t say that about the front desk. I’m not sure why anyone would work in customer service if they hate it. I’ve only gotten rude or dry personalities from these women behind the desk. Maybe they hate their job? After being laughed at on the phone today when trying to reschedule, because they canceled on me….I won’t be returning.
