Jimmy is fantastic! He made the process almost painless. After my AC was hooked back up, the drain was not connected to the pump. For several days I was running the AC and flooding my furnace room. I sent Jimmy a panic email, and he came to my house, determined that even though the flood was wiped up, water had seeped under the tile and would have created another mold disaster. He got down on the floor and scraped up all the tile, and refused to charge me! I highly recommend this company.
