The people at this vet clinic are the absolute best. They are kind and caring individuals, from the receptionists, the vet techs and the veterinarian. All of them are perfect examples of humans who treat you with compassion and empathy. Our dog Cali, recently passed, and naturally we are devasted by her loss. Freeport Pet Clinic went above and beyond with taking care of Cali when she was alive and when she passed. Thank you Freeport Pet Clinic for all you did; the Navarro's really appreciate you!

Dr Baxter is great! Gets right down on the floor with our dogs, takes her time to listen to my concerns, and is very kind and compassionate. The prices at this clinic can’t be beat! But unfortunately that also means they’re so busy I can never get my dogs in for urgent needs. I’ve called twice when my dog was having a pancreatitis flare and they didn’t have openings till the next week. And dental cleanings have to be booked a good 9 months in advance. It would be great if they expanded their business or had openings for urgent cases of established patients. Dr Baxter and the techs (pet nurses) are absolutely amazing. The women behind the desk are the sweetest. One of our babies has severe anxiety in new places and Dr Baxter literally gets on the floor with her to comfort her (while other vet places would muzzle her). She's been out vet since our first dog and will be our vet till she retires. I recommend Dr Baxter and her team to anyone looking for an amazing, vet that will treat you, and your pets with love and respect!!
