The dentist and all staff are professional, welcoming, and courteous. They are attentive to your needs and answered any questions that I had. Hygienist did an excellent job. She took the time to show me my x-rays and explain how to properly floss and brush. She also recommended using a water pic. The dentist Dr Shirley took the time to explain the dental procedure that I need to have done and answered my questions. What I liked most about going to my dentist appointment was that I wasn't rushed out. All staff were genuinely concerned about meeting my needs.
Dr Shirley has been my dentist for years. He is awesome at diagnosing and at taking care of any problems super well. Dr Shirley, his wife, is awesome as well. Their staff are super caring as well. He is the best I have been to in 60 years. Highly recommending them both.
Freeport Family Dentistry is hands down the best medical practice I've ever been associated with. Everyone there is friendly, courteous, respectful and helpful. The dentists and hygienists do a fantastic job and provide a lot of helpful information. They are extremely thorough but also sensitive to my comfort. I can't say enough great things about this practice, and I highly recommend them.
