Absolutely incredible service. If I could give 100 stars I would. I called them on a Sunday and they were at my place within 30 minutes. Not only was Bill fast and professional but the owner Steve of the company personally showed up to make sure everything was handled perfectly. That level of care and attention is rare these days. They went above and beyond and truly exceeded all expectations. Reliable responsive and genuinely committed to their customers. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will definitely use them again. USE THIS COMPANY!!!
We had a late evening pipe leak emergency at my house and I was scrambling to get things under control. I called Sam directly, and even though he still had two other appointments that evening, he worked late into the night to squeeze us in. He was professional, personable, and it was immediately apparent that he was an expert in his trade. I was so blown away by his swift and skillful work, that I was actually giddy as he completed the job. I highly recommend Sam and Beach to Bayou. They will always be my first call!
We were doing home renovations to our kitchen and bathroom and trying to coordinate plumbing, tile, and countertops. Beach to Bayou were fantastic! The ladies (Dawn and Terese) making the appointments were so helpful in scheduling appointments for us and accommodating our needs. Saleem (Sam) made our service call and was absolutely the best. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with someone who not only knew his trade but willing go the extra mile to ensure that we were happy.
