I had a great experience with Skyler at Assurance Residential. From the moment I reached out, he was responsive, professional, and proactive with his communication. He promptly scheduled an inspection, provided a quote, and managed to get my roof repaired quickly despite being extremely busy following the hurricane. He even went out of his way to get the work completed ahead of schedule. His professionalism, communication, and work ethic were outstanding. I highly recommend Skyler and Assurance Residential for any roofing needs!
I’m so happy that 2 days after the hurricane. I pulled into my drive to see roofers on the house next door. I had a small amount of damage, so I assumed it would be awhile for me to get someone to come out. Devon and Skylar came over and spoke with me. Looked at the damage and Skyler gave me a quote right then. I received an email that night with the quote verified.
Skyler kept me up to date when they were going to do the repair, 3 days later it was done. I can’t thank them enough and Skylar went above and beyond to help me!!! You can’t go wrong with these guys!!!
Very professional, kind, completed the job quickly, and did quality work. Fixed a bunch of roofs in our neighborhood after the hurricane, and everyone was very pleased with the work. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job!
