Ken
was an absolute saint to me and my fridge. Our very expensive fridge went out and he made a special side quest to come help us out in between other jobs so our food wouldn’t get all thawed out. What we had was a larger problem than anticipated . He did not give up and got it up and running again in time to run off to his next job. He also called a few hours later to double check that everything had continued to run properly. I’m so grateful there’s still people in the world out there that take such pride in doing a good solid job and caring about the outcome. I cant thank him enough and will call him for any and all appliance repairs.

We had Ken come out for a problem with our stacked washer/ dryer. I won't go into the many details about our problem but I want to say Ken is very professional, does what he says when he says he's going to do it, is very reasonably priced for service call but above all else a good and honest man. We highly recommend ASAP Home Repair!

Ken did a great job to diagnose the problem, order the proper parts and fix the dryer issue. Very prompt, reasonably priced and timely service. Ken arrived when he promised which makes scheduling a breeze! If I could give him 10 stars, I would.
