Ken did a great job to diagnose the problem, order the proper parts and fix the dryer issue. Very prompt, reasonably priced and timely service. Ken arrived when he promised which makes scheduling a breeze! If I could give him 10 stars, I would.

I like to work with folks who are fair, honest, dependable and competent. Ken was all of these. I agreed to a higher price but he came back to me with a lower price when he found the part was cheaper than expected. He would not take money until he was finished although it took multiple trips. Scheduling was easy and he showed up when he said he would. He was diligent with the repair and it was evident he cared about the quality of his work. It was our first time using him but would not hesitate to reach out to him in the future.

I am so glad that I called ASAP Home Repairs. Ken returned my call the same day and squeezed me into his schedule to look at my refrigerator. He is prompt , professional and one couldn’t meet a nicer guy.
He repaired my refrigerator and took the time to explain the problem. Overall, a great experience!
