Tree service employees were great from the start. Very professional and courteous. Did the job as expected and cleaned up like it was there own yard. Appreciated the care in not tearing up the yard with the bucket machine they used to cut the tall limbs.
They did a cleanup of an old oak in my front yard. They came out and did a thorough inspection and gave a reasonable estimate. The crew was courteous and professional and it looked like they had never been here. I highly recommend Tri State for any tree service.
Thomas (Chris) stopped by to give me an estimate. He communicated very well. Dressed well. Explained everything well, and I had a quote pretty fast. His presentation was a little too much, but he was not a pushy salesperson. Your company was well represented
