We have been waiting for over a month just to get a quote!?The receptionist was rude to my husband and after waiting over a month we went with a company that has a quick response and respects their customers.

Called the 862-2252 location and was hung up on by the lady answering the phones twice. Was trying to get a quote for our office. I assume she thought I was trying to sell her something?? All I did was literally introduced myself and where I worked.. then click.If you're looking for commercial work done I highly recommend you go with someone else. We went with Holloway Roofing, great guys.

Took several calls to get someone to come out and give estimate then waited over one week to get written estimate after I was told it would be within 48 hours. Then had to make several calls for that only to find that an important item on the estimate was left off. Spoke with a Ms Sowell who stated she would rewrite the estimate after I sent her a link for the part needed.Made several other calls (they rarely answer their phone ) and left several messages. Finally reached Ashley who stated that she did not want to call Ms Sowell about it because she was in a bad mood.
