My PC crashed and had no idea how it happened.
Brought my PC and after a half hour of diagnostics, discovered that Windows 10 somehow split amongnst my HDDs and SSD.
Did some further troubleshooting and confirmed that one of my HDD's failed. Although he couldn't fix it, he took the time to help me find other services that could possibly recover data, going so far to break down average costs for data recovery.
If I ever have another PC related issue I will 100% go back. Awesome guy!
