I wish thar I could give Jose more than 5 stars. He is courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He not only solved my computer problem quickly, he explained everything to me in layman's terms without talking down to me. On top of all that, he was a delight to visit with. His only fault is that he works too cheap.

I usually never write these. often times when you do have issues with laptops or PC's you tend to find yourself looking to BestBuy or another chained corporation, in the tech world I have found that small businesses, privately owned ones, that are in your local area tend to be a better place, they actually help. and are typically more efficient than the giant corporations you go to. this guy is awesome, I will and always recommend going to your local tech guy in the area for fixing issues, so with my experience and PC issues i had with this guy, he was able to fix it within 2 hours, i believe even less, I genuinely have found liking more local or small businesses more...read full review

I was visiting Fort Walton Beach and my laptop suddenly died. I called Jose and he let me come over and diagnosed that my power supply had failed. He gave me several options where I could buy one. I chose to use Amazon which meant I wouldn't have it for a few days. He let me borrow a power supply for the rest of my visit. Jose is very helpful and kind.
