Great place to learn yoga and experience the whole body benefits. Flexible class schedule, great instructors and all levels from beginners to advanced. Love this studio!
A great place to relax, either with massage therapy or with yoga! Love the workshops they offer, like Belly Dancing, creating Vision Boards, or learning how EFT (Tapping Therapy) can work for anxiety and a host of other issues. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, and passionate! If you're looking to move easier or just to fill your cup, this is the place! Highly recommended. 🙂
