I cannot recommend Site-Pro Home Inspections (Will) enough! They have been an incredible resource throughout my entire home-buying process. They completed my pre-drywall inspection, full home inspection, and reinspections for both — each time being extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and professional.
They even went above and beyond by providing me with a free wind mitigation report.
When issues were found and I received pushback from the builders, they didn’t just hand me a report and walk away — they are meeting with the builders at my home to personally point out the concerns and help advocate for the work that needs to be completed.
From the very beginning, they have been kind, personable, and genuinely invested in making sure I have a safe, quality home. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile has given me so much confidence during what can be a stressful process.
I’ll absolutely be having Site-Pro return to reinspect the completed repairs and again before my builder warranty expires. If you’re looking for a home inspector who truly cares about his clients and stands behind his work, look no further than Will!

Reviews
My inspector, Will, was knowledgeable, thorough, and willing to educate as he went about the inspection. This company is professional, courteous, and worth every penny. Would absolutely use again.
Site-ProHome Inspection did a pre drywall inspection for me and found numerous build problems. Without this detailed inspection we would have had a lot of problems in the future. After 40 years of building and buying homes, this is the best inspection company I've ever used.
