We own a second home in Miramar Beach Florida. We spoke with Josh Dalzell on the phone about replacing two HVAC systems for our home. He was very informative and answered all our questions. We did go with him and the choice of units he suggested. I highly recommend Josh and Priorty 1 for any AC/heating needs. He even gave us his personal cell if we needed anything. Our new units are working great. I would give 10 stars but only allowed 5

Great service and install from Priority 1! Our AC went out when we were traveling on vacation and Josh was able to assess the situation while we were gone. We ended up needing a new system and Josh loaned us a portable AC while we were waiting for our new unit to be installed. Tommy and Rubio did our install quickly within a few hours and made sure all our questions were answered. Also, they even registered our unit for the 10 year warranty!! Great company and will be using them for all our AC needs!
