Northside Veterinary Clinic is a caring and knowledgeable veterinary facility that provides excellent service to its patients and their owners. They take great care of their animal patients, doing all they can within their capacity before referring them out if necessary. The clinic is known for its friendly and encouraging front desk staff, as well as its caring and skilled vet techs and veterinarians. The staff is super professional and friendly, and you can trust them to take excellent care of your furry family members. They've always taken great care of pets and are incredibly accommodating, even fitting in appointments on short notice. The veterinarians at Northside, like Dr. Cochran, do not give up until they have found the root of the problem, even in difficult situations. Customers are amazed by the gentle and caring approach of the clinic, and they appreciate the affordable prices. Northside Veterinary Clinic is a highly recommended veterinary facility that treats its patients and their owners with great respect and service.
I recently had to take my Jack Russell terrier named bama for a leg injury. We did not make an appointment for her so we were a walk-in. They don't normally take walk-ins but because she had an injury they went ahead and saw her anyway at the end of the day. Becky Cochran was amazing with bama and also very explanatory on what was going on with her and how to properly give her medications. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much!
Update: Veterinarian Becky is truly amazing she is kind hearted, extremely thorough, and she genuinely cares about my dogs well being. I Highly recommend this place to take your pet to!
Note: I went to two other local veterinary clinics in Fort Walton Beach owned by corporations. Those places have different attitude towards customers. Their veterinarians were cold, impersonal, and showed little empathy to my dogs.
Chloe was cared for by Northside Veterinary from the very beginning — from her first puppy shots to her very last. Over the years, they supported her through routine care, X-rays after she ate something she shouldn’t have, a litter of puppies, and later serious illness with pyometra.
Yesterday, the team at Northside Veterinary helped us say goodbye to Chloe with dignity and grace.
