I notice some of these negative reviews are 7, 9 years old. Their experience is certainly not my experience. I've been a patient for over 7 years. My last doc retired and now Dr Loudermilk is my doctor. He is attentive, caring and very watchful of my health issues. He stays right on top of everything that needs to be done. Beth his nurse is equally professional. The front office staff and lab staff are friendly, helpful, always courteous. I've always been able to get a same day appt when needed--it may be with another doctor if Dr Loudermilk is off. I've seen most of the doctors in the practice. My husband is also a patient--we have absolutely no complaints. I've recommended Magnolia to many--but understand they're not taking new patients now and a long waiting list--so must be doing something right!
This is about the website/portal. I reported this over a year ago and still not fixed. Ok when I registered myself on the portal, I had to use their very outdated calendar to add my birthdate. I had to click backwards on the calendar 66 years to 1957 to add my birthdate which you have to do to make an account which I finally was able to do. Now every time I want to log into it, they ask for my birthday
Please fix it. .............
Like I asked you to do over a year ago.
We have been patients of Magnolia Medical Clinic since the early 1980's and have had excellent care there. The one major problem we have encountered is with their patient portal which is horrible because it takes a long time for it to respond and then frequently comes back that the record cannot be accessed at this time. It is very frustrating and time consuming to the point of considering changing to another provider. As an internationally certified computer professional, I would rate their patient portal among the worst I have ever encountered.
