I have used this facility many times before with a different agent. Information flow is a bit slow but the quality of the job is great. I believe they are working to improve their information flow.
My insurance company suggested Gerber Collision and Joe Hudson Collision. After Gerber blew me off, I contacted Joe Hudson and they got us in asap and did a great job! Best decision I could've made.
