We are so thankful for Heather. She has been very loving and takes excellent care of our little Morkie Ginger. We have left Ginger 3 times for over a week and Heather has been very accommodating and gives Ginger extra love and attention. Ginger is very happy and so are we!
Heather helped us out since there were complaints about their woofin’ at the Island Resort (one idiotic person) and they needed a place to stay for a couple of days. Heather was wonderful & the 4 legged children were just fine and happy when I retrieved them. No kennels. Run of the house & backyard. Everyone got along swimmingly. She won’t board any aggressive babies. You also get daily updates & photos. She’s just a very nice lady.
We absolutely love Heather! Bo, our French Bulldog, has stayed with her multiple times, and we always feel completely comfortable leaving him in her care. She is incredibly communicative, flexible, and has great availability, which makes scheduling so easy.
What we appreciate most is how much she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches. She takes the time to get to know each dog and understand exactly what they need to be comfortable and happy during their stay. We also love that the dogs are able to freely go in and out of the yard as they please, so they get plenty of time outside.
