At a time of disarray when you need someone to come in promptly and service your restoration project dry pro was the only company from Destin to Panama City That even answered my call. Jeremiah started the process with us, spoke with us every day, sent pictures at the end of every day and kept us up-to-date on everything that was going on with the process. Trent and Joel were so helpful and so courteous and so professional. I cannot recommend dry pro enough. They were absolutely amazing.
I could not praise this company more 10stars🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟!! They were one of the few and brightest lights - during one of the most horrific and stressful events we've ever had to endure. My second home was ruined by a tenant who left a shower running on the top story for more than 12+ hours (pointing outside of the shower pan). Dri-Pro was so professional, showed up immediately, was reasonably priced (we called around) and had the expertise to deal with the level of damage we had incurred. We highly recommend Dri Pro Restoration as they did a tremendous job for us with post storm restoration work. In addition to helping us with our flooding, Jeff took the time to help educate us on how to go about fixing other issues we were having and even helped line up other contractors when we couldn't get them to call us back. We are very appreciative and definitely recommend them for any water damage or restoration work
