Ronnie and his team at CPM were great. Arrived at our new house after it had been vacant during the spring for a few weeks between owners and beds were overgrown, the patio was covered in weeds and the lawn had weeds sprouting all over. Within a week of contacting him, his team came out and the property looks great. The price was very affordable and billing/ communication with Ronnie was easy. Would definitely recommend.

Ron and his team were great. They completed the project on time and professionally. We were under a time crunch to landscape our yard for an upcoming wedding and everything came together as plannedRon managed the project through out and I would definitely recommend them based on cost, dependability and attention to details.

I had a terrible chinch bug problem for quite some time in the yard, and the grass has been literally destroyed. The owner of Coastal Property Maintance, Ronnie Colson, had been recommended to me by my exterminator. He responded quickly to my call And gave me a quote that I accepted. The job was completed in a timely manner at what I thought was a fair price by a courteous and respectful staff. What more could a customer ask for? Thanks, Barbara Dekle
