“My teenage son really likes having Tammie cut/style his hair and has been several times. Usually about once every 4-6 weeks. He likes things precise and that’s what he gets with his cut. While he likes to talk, he’d rather sit back and relax when it comes to his haircut time. The price is more than fair and he gets complements from his friends. Tammie found out he was having his senior portraits and offered to style his hair for FREE if he wanted to just stop by prior to his photo appt. She gave him some styling and product tips too. This shop is clean and cozy. It has that hometown vibe… Hard to find these days. It’s not a shop with 5+ barbers working at the same time. When you walk in you are asked to come on back (if not busy) or have a seat and you will be helped shortly. As with any new place or person there is always that bit of an adjustment period when learning about each other or the environment. Hair is a very personal extension of self and what we are and feel. As far as one star reviews…People cannot grow and perfect their trade or business if you are not communicating properly with each other. When I go to my normal salon, I kindly tell my hairdresser right then and there if I see an issue so it can be corrected. Nobody likes to go home with a hairdo they aren’t happy with. “I was kinda scared to get anything other then a hair cut due to the lack of reviews for it but it turned out amazing and everybody was so sweet, a haircut and highlights was only 70$, if you don’t have layers of box dye on it like me then they will definitely get you more blonde. no long waits for appointments either.“
