I have had panic attacks at night for the last two days due to them refusing to give me my supplies, (my mask is worn so much it doesn't seal) despite me having the insurance in their system to pay for it. My mother and I will be suing this company unless my supplies arrive this week. I called today and spoke to a "supervisor" named Tiffany and when I told her of my panic attacks, she sighed and said "I'll call them." No, "I'm sorry mam, let me try to help you with your supplies." It's like. . .WOW. They really hire ANYONE for this company. I've yet to meet one single human being that is competent enough to even be kind and halfway human. Tried to initiate paper work for supplies, Complied with verbal and written red tape and finally gave up when I found out that paperwork from 5 days ago had still not been submitted. Terrible customer service.
