“What can I say , fantastic job and service from start to finish.
My neighbor had used them years ago and recommend ed them.
I called them , Alyssa in the office was great and scheduled estimate right away.
The owner ,Sam ,showed up days later. Very nice guy ,knowledgable and explained clearly exactly what I needed for the best results.
We were doing accordion shutters across the whole pool patio and a set of triple sliding doors.
The estimate came the same day and was very fair.
I did not call anyone else for an estimate because I had read their Google review and after meeting the owner. I really liked him and he was pretty honest and sincere.
Alyssa called and scheduled the job .
Days before the job Sam came out again to reconfirm all measurements(Amazing,leaving nothing to chance).
Sam also told me one of his lead employees and good friends had just become tragically ill just days before.
Even in obvious grief he said my job would go on as scheduled.
The day of the job , which was today,he sent a three man crew.
James was the lead mechanic and his tech team were Alex and Keegan. They arrived early ,each knew their roles and worked literally non stop til completion.
My wife stopped them because she had made them some pizza,they were back to work in 10 minutes.
They had all the right tools to complete the job.
They were thorough, neat and clean from start to finish. They were also really nice guys. It definitely showed that they take pride in their work. A great reflection of Sam and the training he gives.
Oh and by the way,Sam showed up midway through the job to make sure the job was going well.
They also secured all permits and inspection from the town for me ,easy peasy.
I will definitely use them again and highly recommend you do !
