Called and asked for an appointment to repair a whole house generator. I was given an appointment a week later, and promised he would be there at 10 AM. At 10:15 he still wasn’t there then I got a voicemail saying he was called away and couldn’t make the appointment and I’d have to wait another week. Couldn’t give me any notice, wasn’t on time in the first place, and I certainly wouldn’t trust this guy to fix any equipment I have.

I purchased an 8 year old home in Port St. Lucie last February. It has a whole-house generator. The company that was maintaining it for the original owner came out to do a PM on it and did such a poor job, I dumped them immediately and found another company. They weren't much better. Found a third company who was probably the worst so far. That's when I found Treasure Coast Generator! Guy came over when he said he would (within 24hrs of my call), took one look at my generator, which hasn't worked for well over a month, and within 15mins had it purring! This small company demonstrates that it wants our business. They show up on time, they do professional work, and they charge very fair prices.
