I had an emergency and Steve Smith Air Conditioning delivered a temporary fix for an important time for my family. Since we had the challenge of a holiday weekend, with no parts available, our Technician Jason came up with an alternative that was able to stabilize the heat in our house until the part can be ordered. We are forever grateful for the attention to details and strategic thinking to fix the problem until the part can come in. We appreciate the follow-up and the timely visit.
I was referred to Steve Smith A/C a couple of years ago and so happy that was. I had my ac maintenance service call, so reasonably priced and fast, professional team. I recently needed a repair. They were again super reasonably priced and immediate attention. Jason, Brandon and Mary were so kind. I would give them 10 stars 🌟
Jason was very nice and explained things. They have been our company whom we call for many years. They really know what they are doing and are so easy to work with as well as Mary in the office. I highly recommend this company!
Saw Brandon. It is so good to do business with good people. He is very nice and courteous. Knows what he is doing. Thank you!
