It took almost two months to get an appointment with Dr. Leitenbauer, which is fine. I arrived at the office 15 minutes early in order to complete the paperwork. My appointment was at 3:30. After waiting until 4:00, I inquired how much longer it would be. I was told that there was still a patient before me and may be another 20 minutes! Waiting almost an hour to see an Optometrist is totally unacceptable. There is no reason whatsoever for them to overbook patients and inconvenience us. This is especially true since there are optometrists on almost every corner! Shame on you Dr. Leitenbauer.
