Just had my initial inspection and treatment. The technician, (Wesley) arrived and provided an over view of the service and treatments that would follow. He looked everywhere inside and outside of the house. He asked what were seeing and if we had any specific concerns. We covered all those topics and quickly began treating the property. (Main concern is the large palmetto American roaches) He sprayed around the house perimeter and most of the house interior. He applied a bait around the house and attic. Wesley was extremely thorough while being respectful and professional, while clearly communicating what he was doing.
