I want to recognize Lucas and Samuel from the General RV Service Department at Fort Pierce, FL. On our way to the Keys we discovered the shower of our Newmar RV didn’t have cold water. We purchased our RV from GRV in Virginia so we called the closest GRV to see if they could diagnose and fix the problem. They were able to fit us in the next day. Lucas was our Service Advisor, quickly assessed the problem and got Lane Foreman Samuel to try and fix it. Unfortunately, GRV didn’t have the part needed but gave us a plan to fix the problem on our return from the Keys. GRV didn’t charge us for the service call. Both Lucas and Samuel were very helpful to us.
