Jesse Phillips is the best! The ladies in the ear department are also very good. I have been to this office at least 10 times now and sadly my issues with vertigo and dizziness were not helped by the epley maneuver two visits. No ones fault. I just had 8 mths of being off balance and was finally treated for a life threatening sepsis that I believe caused my vertigo. I went for bloodwork 6 times in the last year. I have since cleared infection, vertigo is pretty much gone but still need to keep pursuing the underlying immune issues. Either way, I will trust my sinus, tmj, and throat issues here and highly recommend. Thank you !
Staff is very friendly and professional. The waiting room is spacious and has a separate room for kids to play in which is a nice touch. The appointment was fairly quick and Dr. Phillips is hilarious. He gave a lot of good information, but still kept everything light hearted and entertaining by explaining everything he was doing.
Dr Richards is the best! She did my deviated septum operation over 10 years ago and has taken care of me yearly since then. Also purchased oticon hearing aids from Audiologist Erin Anderson last year and it was a great experience with prompt follow up as well. I highly recommend both!
