Dr Shank and the entire staff are very friendly and thorough. I like being able to make an appointment within 2 weeks. It was very hard to do at my last vet, always at least a month for a vet tech and 2-3 months for the vet
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, creating a welcoming environment. The vet took time to thoroughly examine my pet, explaining everything with patience. The clinic was clean and well-organized, making the visit stress-free. Overall, a top-notch veterinary service that I highly recommend. Arya loved her vet tech Allysa!
I cannot say enough good things about FMAC. So far they’ve cared for 3 of our babies - an anxiety ridden Malinois with a heart condition, a rescue with fear aggression, and our most recent addition from the cat distribution system. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and compassionate. Ryan is always a pleasure and so informative, all the techs and assistants are so patient and caring with my dysfunctional crew, and Dr. Shank always spends more time with us than most other doctors so I leave well informed and I feel like she genuinely cares for each animal. Prices are pretty average if not less than many other practices, wait times are MUCH shorter. ...read full review
