Wonderful yoga experience every time I go! I love Hayley’s classes, as well as other teachers'. The front desk staff couldn't be nicer! It’s how I start my week! I’ve been a member since Paige opened it!
I always have a great experience at Yoga Joint, but I find this location to be the best. The facilities are so well maintained and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. All of the instructors are motivational and will push everyone, but it's a place where beginners are welcomed and encouraged. You will never feel bad taking a class here. I'd highly recommend the Fit45 class: a 45 minute interval training class using relatively light weights in the heated room. You can focus on cardio and also get some strength training in with this class.
I tried my first FIIT45 class last week and I signed up right away. I love it. All the instructors have amazing energy and the classes are fire. I love the warm room. The staff is very friendly. Finally I found a fitness class that I love. Now I even started the Flow60!
