So i am very big on reviews and this place did not have a great review status but, i had my PCP picked by insurance so i just went and took my chances. I was pleasantly surprized by the moment i got in the girl at the front desk was so nice and welcoming she offered me a water bottle and as im filling out paperwork i discussed the bad reviews she said hopefuly you have a good experience to which i said let me wait until the end of visit. i hate waiting so after the paper filled out im brought right in room the assistant comes in takes some info and then does my blood pressure which was high so she said we will be doing a EKG i was very comfortable with assustant she explained...read full review

The staff goes well beyond the line to accommodate patients. One of the assistant, Mimi, spent 30 minutes with the farmacist to correct a prescription issue. She stayed after hours until a resolution was reached. That is true dedication and customer service... Thanks Mimi!!

Marissa Palermo is the best around she takes time to listen to my issues and create a care of plan with me. From the front desk to the back office the service I received was phenomenal. Thank you for all that you do at Vanguard Medical Group.
