SAMUEL 'DAVE' LEHRER is a FRAUD and LIAR. I purchased an ultherapy when delivered 3 months late it did not turn on , it was complete junk. Despite the warranty he would not re-imburse me and required an additional 2K to send me a working unit. I paid and since then , I have not heard from 'Dave'. He did send me a couple of emails saying it was Gloria's fault who does the crating for his company. I will not see my money. I am considering getting a lawyer involved because his is so disgusting . If you have any advice or can send me the name of the lawyers that you used please email me at [email protected]. PS. Sam/Dave/Juan have many different company names on the internet. Do your research. He is a scammer...stay away.

This company is absolutely a scam. They sold us an Alma Soprano Ice on December 2023, delivered on January 2024, stopped working after only one month of use. And light use because we are a newly opened medical spa. They took the equipment back and that was the beginning of our nightmare. Awful customer services, they never answered our phone calls to follow up on status of repair. after three month of that, we paid a third company that went and took the machine and repaired it for us in only 15 days. And we of course had to paid extra. This is a scam, do not buy from the. We are trying to report to all agencies so hopefully they close this company.

On October 3rd I flew to Florida to buy a 2022 GentelMaxPro, 2-in-1 Candela, Laser hair removal. I paid more than half in cash and also put some money on my business debit card. He said I can't have the machine until I paid it off!. On October 27th I wired the final payment to be paid in full. I am an esthetician and had it all set up to open my business in November 2023!!!!. Then excuses started, first he was running late because Thanksgiving and the long weekend. I have to get my family and boyfriend involved. We pressured him with legal action and on December 18th I finally received a shipment and it was not what I ordered. It was these 2 OLD pieces of equipment that are pictured below that were damaged and incomplete. Not only were they not what I ordered but they did not work properly and were worth less than 1/4th the price that I paid for my original device. This scammer then lied again saying that there was a mixup in the deliveries and someone else got my machine and now it's been almost 2 months and nothing. I am over him and taking legal action. Below is a picture of this guy who calls himself Samuel. Please do not get scammed by him as well. And his sales man. Authorities are already aware of this situation and I will persuite legal action against him. Do not purchase anything from him
