They fixed my bathtub before and recently replaced a toilet. The timing of this review is a little unusual, but I wanted to share the full plumbing service experience. Once I understood what was causing it, I called, and they had Roger out within three hours to take care of it under warranty. Of course I would have preferred the toilet not leak after the first installation, but what really mattered was how fast they responded and that they stood behind their plumbing work. Roger corrected the issue right away, made sure the toilet was set properly, and everything has been working well since. Awesome plumbing service from start to finish. Our main drain line in the yard had collapsed, and it turned into a full house repipe all the way out to the alley connection. Zachary was professional, confident, and got right to work. He showed up on time each day, stayed prepared, and explained the drain and repiping work in simple words we could understand. We had another plumber check the problem first, but they charged a lot just to pull the toilet and left a big mess behind. They repaired a leak at my main shutoff valve in a small in-ground meter box below the surface. Roger showed up on time, explained the plumbing repair clearly, and finished the job in about an hour.
