Thermae spa was great! Lafayette, the massage therapist was amazing! I loved how the spa was set up and the Bailey and the other manager were so nice. There are several saunas, a garden and plunge pool. I left feeling great. I deal with chronic pain and I felt better leaving than I have in a long time. Lafayette has a great technique and It was one of the better massages I have ever had.
My mother and I stopped by on a rainy day before our flight back home. The service was top notch with excellent facilities. The Finnish sauna to start the session was a fantastic way to get ready for the massage. Lisa was my masseuse and she was wonderful. After the massage, I went to the outdoor sauna and used the cold plunge. Shower facilities are available and, after a 3 hour session, we were clean and relaxed on our way to the airport. I couldn't recommend this place any more. Just perfect.
Thermae is the best! Infrared Sauna, ice bucket shower, cold plunge tub, and a salt shower. I visited FTL for 6 days, and visited Thermae 5 days (out of 6)! Great staff and very tranquil.
