The French Touch provides excellent customer service and top-notch alterations. They are known for handling last-minute and rushed needs with great skill, including same-day and non-permanent solutions. Customers report being beyond grateful and highly recommend them for all tailoring needs. They offer a good price, fair service, and quick turnaround, completing work in as little as 45 minutes. The seamstresses clearly know what they are doing and have a pleasant attitude. Many clients, having tried multiple other places, now use The French Touch as their go-to business for amazing and great service, hoping they get a lot more business.
They were awesome. I had been to four places for alterations and it just so happens that they actually still do alterations. My son had prom the next day and they literally was willing to help after being told no four times. I highly recommend them for all your last minute needs.
I rented a dress for a black-tie event, but it arrived in the wrong size. I took it to French Touch for same-day alterations, hoping they could provide a non-permanent solution, as my event was that evening, and I was desperate 😭. I believe the seamstress’s name was Elvira, and she clearly knew what she was doing. Not only did she manage to alter it in a way that could be undone afterward, but she also completed it in about 45 minutes (maybe even less!)—and on a Friday! The customer service was top-notch. I’ve had items altered here before, so I knew they were good, but wow, they blew my expectations out of the water! Thank you, French Touch!
I am beyond grateful for The French Touch as I brought over a pair of jeans less than 24 hours ago to be shortened that I needed rushed for vacation and they were picked up this morning, exactly how I wanted them. I will be using this place as my go-to for all my tailoring needs for the foreseeable future! Thank you French Touch!!
