Coach Daniel is very consistent . He tailors workouts to individual needs and takes the time to know his clients. During the work outs he is physically present to make sure each technique is executed effectively. I have seen and feel great results after a year , have gotten lots of compliments and even though I do not love going to the gym I show up and coach Daniel adds the motivation and gets me to work out. We joined Exercise Coach on the recommendation of our older daughter. It’s only been 6 weeks and so far we love it. It gets me and my husband committed to go twice a week and complete an extensive 20 minutes workout. We love it.
