Rosa is awesome! My friend has been going to her for years and I always admired her eyebrows. I finally asked her where she got them done and she said Rosa! For a wax and eyebrow tint and tint eyelashes it's $20!!! For south Florida that is a steal. The picture I posted does not do her work justice. I always get complements on my brows.
