My experience with this place just continues to get worse. The day of my appointment was an absolute disaster, with complete disorganization when it came to managing patients.
Then, after bullying me into purchasing my contacts directly through them by telling me that my insurance would not cover them if I didn’t — which I later found out was not true — they entered my prescription incorrectly. They were off by 3+ numbers, entering a -2 prescription when my actual prescription is -5.
South Florida Vision Associates, LLC., & South Florida Vision Services. The Receptionist team, Yeli & Jasmine were both super. Vision Tech. Daniel was very pleasant.& thorough. Dr. Nam was a professional, W/ excelant bedside manner. A Dr., who really cares. And their with you every step of the way. Their worth the trip from anywhere .last but definitely not least was wonderful Kai, she'll help you pick out a great pair of frames to go with your new precise lenses. the whole staff and team were extremely patient and truley amazing .i would recamend the whole staff and team. And will recommend to my family and friends. Great Place filled with great people!!!!
