Very difficult to reach them via phone. Dr. Camargo, the eye assistant and Cathy took good care of my dad even though his English is broken. They did a thorough eye exam and assessment. Turns out he has dense cataracts and some astigmatism. Dr. Camargo recommended some products on Amazon and was able to prescribe xdemvy from Walgreens.
Overall it was quick and efficient and lasted 90 minutes. Not sure why she didn’t recommend my dad getting surgery for the cataracts though because it’s progressive and cannot be treated unless there’s surgery.
My current Optometrist pasted away suddenly and on top of that I am set to move out of the area this Friday, 2 days away. I called their office last week and they were able to get me in. Check in was smooth. The call back once to see the Dr and I was accompanied by the sweetest tech, Kat! She was sweet and kind while doing the preliminaries. I was greeted by the Dr (Dr. Nam) in the hallway on my way to the exam room. He was just as friendly as Kat!
