OUTSTANDING! Quality repairs/maintenance, same or (at worst) next morning service, honest, fair pricing and best of all - the owner, Richard, is an absolute hoot! He's worked with me on numerous properties over the past 3 years. If you don't laugh along with him, something else is wrong beside the AC being broken. Highly, highly recommend this company.
