Being a Police Officer for 26 years in South Florida I was in 2023 wrongfully accused of 2 felony crimes that I did not commit. Though the allegations were unsupported by the facts, an overzealous State Attorney moved forward on those spurious charges (after a shoddy investigation by a B.S.O. For 13 years, the Broward County State Attorney dragged me through the criminal justice system. The best decision I ever made was to hire Eric. He fought vigorously on my behalf despite the prosecutors prolonging this horrible chapter in my life as long as they did. Eric did not ask for a single dime more than I paid 13 years ago and still did his best.
If you are a member of a CBA that does not have Eric as one of its attorneys, quit playing around with your life. Having this man as your attorney will give you great peace of mind. I can’t say enough good things about Eric and his team. From the very beginning, they were compassionate toward my situation and made me feel understood and supported.
