I received 2 unusual ads from Sabii, both with little bags of Ft Lauderdale beach sand attached to draw attention to them.
Because they do jewelry and watch repairs and l need lots of those services, l stopped in with my first 2 items: a 41-year-old Ebel watch and an unusual necklace with vermeil reproductions of pre-Columbian artifacts suspended on an ebony-beaded necklace.
Both were problematic, but after lots of discussion the owner, George, had a plan and gave me a very fair estimate for the work.
