I was hit by a drunk driver when I was 21 and almost lost my life and right leg above the knee. Seven doctors tried to cut it off. I had to endure 16 surgeries to salvage it. I was in the army and went to Afghanistan with the Ranger Regiment before that which is very hard on your body so, needless to say I had a lot of scar tissue and nerve pain causing muscle cramps, numbness and my back was getting so bad I had to stop taking other veterans riding horses like I had been for 7 years. I would get migraines or even throw up from the muscle cramps sometimes. Then in the fall of 2025, I came down to Florida and started scuba diving with Aquaman diving while Ivette went to work on me. Being an army ranger I had every medical option available when I was hurt and have since tried everything. I was 21 when it happened so you could rationalize anything if it got me out of the house enjoying life so I’ve had all the doctor drugs and even went holistic growing my own food to avoid antibiotics and chemicals. I’ve even had technological devices that didn’t hold up. If I went to the grocery store or acted like a normal adult for a half a day, I would have to lay down for three days before I didn’t hurt too much to be able to interact with the world. After Ivette reset my nervous system through a coordinated series of treatment, as well as breaking up so much scar tissue that was causing my body to be out of its proper alignment, I have sense begun to feel like I used to before even the motorcycle accident. I’m walking with scuba tanks taking people diving now and standing up all day training firefighters. My body lost fat just because it wasn’t being coated in cortisol constantly. I really feel like I have a new lease on life. I wish I had found her years ago because I lost so many years to the injuries, but that feeling is eclipsed by the excitement and hope I now have at the life I can live. No more feeling pain and thinking I will never not feel this for the rest of my life. No more looking out the window as the world goes by enjoying activities you can’t do. I was lucky and she did me a huge favor fitting me in when she could or when people would cancel so if you are lucky enough to find an opening with her take it and follow her instructions, then thank your lucky stars because you found a real healer in a world of fools pretending to know how to fix you. Out of hundreds of healthcare professionals over 15 years….Ivette is truly the first one to really fix me.
I initially went to Ivette for back pain and did the 10 series, and I was able to avoid back surgery, I am grateful .
