It took me a while to take the time to write the review. They did an excellent job on our carpet and took care of a problem with the fringe, delivered it clean and beautiful and odors removed.

Love my dogs but hate that one of them chewed the edge off one of our rugs. Luckily I found the right people to repair and clean this runner so that it can be one of their favorite napping spots again. Truly amazing effort to match the pattern at a reasonable price. Thank you!
