I had an outstanding experience with Oriental Rug Care (ORC) in Fort Lauderdale. I shipped them a Brazilian sisal runner that absolutely had to be dry cleaned (as I live in Tampa Bay), and they returned it looking brand new, far better than I expected. The fiber and texture were perfectly preserved, and the rug now looks like it did the day I bought it 15 years ago.

From start to finish, ORC’s team was exceptionally professional and courteous. They explained the process clearly, set realistic expectations, and then exceeded them. Oriental Rug Care was referred to me by one of their satisfied customers and now I have become another satisfied customer! Roger, Moises and Oscar have taken excellent care of three of my rugs, two of which needed not just cleaning but fringe. I had thought the fringe should be cut off but Oscar told me he could attach new fringe that I would like. Not exactly like the old hand-knotted fringe, but I could not be more pleased!
Cleaning and repair took one week and the rugs look great!
